- Cleanup and Hauling

- We will clean up and remove all trash, furniture, debris and unwanted
items from your house, property, apartment building and haul it all away in
our dumpsters. We supply the dumpsters and the labor force.
Clean out your basements, crawlspaces and attics. If you are the
victim of flooding, fire or storm damage our fees for services are often
reimbursable by your insurance company. We service both residential
and commercial properties. We will also remove items and furnishings
from estates, rental properties, foreclosed properties.
- Cash Back Dumpster Rental

- We offer 15 and 20 cubic yard roll-off dumpsters for rent that you can
load at your site. Our standard rental is $300 for 5-7 days. If
you are a fast worker, we offer the only "Cash Back" Policy in the industry.
We will refund to you $50 if your dumpster is ready for pickup within 24
hours and $25 if ready for pickup within 48 hours.
- Building Services

- In our service based industry, we are often called upon and are willing
to do some basic and minor jobs to assist you in securing your property
after we complete the cleanout. We can replace your door locks, add a
secure key lock box for other contractors or real estate agents, minor
interior wall demolition and dry-wall removal.
- Garage & Shed Demolition

- Do you have a shed or garage that is in poor condition and need it
removed. We will supply the labor and the dumpsters and safely remove
it from your property. We can also remove fallen tree limbs, piles of
trash, demolition debris, sheds, swimming pools, junk automobiles, decks and
fences.
- Scrap Metal Recycling
-
- We will remove and recycle your unwanted and non-working appliances,
metal junk, air-conditioner units, car parts, lawn mowers, tractors, snow
blowers, radiators and other types of metal debris. Costs for this
service are usually only a small fee but can often be free. Again we
will supply the labor and dumpster or truck needed to remove the items.
